I purchased and had Katzkin leather installed in my 2016 Nissan Frontier Desert Runner Crew cab at Southside Trim. The entire process was handled perfectly. They assisted me with the ordering process picking colors, and the various options that I wanted. They set it up on a computer and showed what the seats would look like as ordered. They arrived quickly and they got me in the following day for the installation. The results are beautiful and just what I ordered. The seats are smooth with no wrinkles or puckers anywhere like I have seen from other installers. If you want Katzkin interior Southside Trim is the place to go.
If you need leather for your vehicle they do an amazing job. Been using them for 25+ years.
Dropped my mustang off in the morning and picked it up that same afternoon. They did such an excellent job with the Katzkin installation. Comfort level is drastically improved from my prior cloth seats. Very pleased. Thanks everyone at Southside Trim! -Zach.
Let me start out by saying that this was a big purchase for us. My husband has a 2017 Nissan Frontier Desert Runner Crew cab truck that he loves. We bought it barely used and the only flaw was the that seats had stains. I wanted to get hem recovered in leather but needed guidance and was very price conscious. I called Southside Trim and talked to Dez ... multiple times as I had more questions. I debated premade seat covers. I checked prices with 7 other establishments. I read reviews. I asked everyone I knew every question I could think of. Finally I called Dez (who has the patience of Jobe! ) and made the decision. I went in to see her and she guided me through what kind to get, what color, and what color contrasting stitching. She got the leather seat covers in in days and I made the installation appointment for the next morning. They had it done 4 1/2 hours! And let me say, they are stunning!!! This was a complete surprise for my husband who was sooooo thrilled and impressed at how beautiful they are. Thank you Dez and Southside Trim ! You made our Christmas! You give Customer Service a good name , again! I whole heartedly recommend you!!!
I was completely surprised to see the great job since i was not sure about getting something besides a factory product. The new interior door panels are better than factory they were perfect, and the stitching matched the seats and interior highlights.
I would recommend them to anyone, and I'll be back, I'm sure.
